The BBYC is inviting expressions of interest for proposals to lease space at the BBYC, 44 Endeavour St, Sans Souci. This includes the boatyard, on water infrastructure and the associated commercial areas. The BBYC is a not for profit sailing club, run by members for members to enjoy racing and cruising on Botany Bay and beyond. The Club owns a clubhouse and facilities, historically known as the Endeavour Boat Shed. A boat yard has been on the site for almost a century. Boat ownership continues to grow with over 20% of households in the Southern Sydney maritime region owning a boat. The current long term lease is coming to an end, presenting a great opportunity for marine businesses.
