Everytime our feet hit the deck, our hearts race in anticipation of that magic moment when the wind will fill the sails.
As the boat glides, moving forward through the magnificent and historical waters of Botany Bay, and amidst sheets, winches and shouted instructions, we pause, briefly, taking in the beauty of the moment.
